5 Stars Funky and fast 22/02/12

I have the Fiesta 1.6 Titanium and it is by far the best little car i have ever owned and driven. It’s very nippy on the motorway and also around town. I have seen previous reviews about not having enough power in the engine, but i strongly disagree; it has more than enough power! The interior is bright and funky and makes you feel happy every morning you get into it. I can safely say that i will certainly be having another one and I would highly recommend to anyone that wants a funky, fast little car.

I have only 3 words to say: I love it!

This has been the most brilliant vehicle I have had. And I have become very emotionally attached to my Fiesta and really don’t want to let it go. I have felt very safe and secure in my car, as it’s very sturdy and handles brilliantly - in all weather. So if you are considering your next small car, then I can highly recommend the Fiesta.

3 Stars Sorry to see it go 26/01/12

The end of my lease on the Ford Fiesta is approaching and I will be quite sorry to see it go. It has served me well as a small run-around to get to and from work. The car both drives and handles admirably, as well as being comfortable enough to endure long journeys. I chose the 1.4 diesel engine and I have had a respectable 46mpg from it. However, with that engine, the car really lacks a bit of oomph and can feel sluggish. For that reason, I am not leasing another Fiesta; I am going for something more fun - and faster!

5 Stars The big small car 26/01/12

I’m 6’3” and – incredibly – I have to bring the seat forward quite a few clicks because it goes back SO far (something I have never had to do in any small or medium sized car!). And I can’t get over how much equipment this small car has; the engine is unbelievably smooth, refined and quiet - at all speeds. Even at 70mph you can easily have a conversation whilst not needing to raise your voice; it really does drive like a much bigger car. It heats up extremely quickly too in the cabin which is great on those cold mornings.

The Fiesta has been one of the best cars I have had over the years. I have only needed a small car for myself, and I am so pleased that I chose the Fiesta for my latest lease. Where the Fiesta excels for me is the interior width. Too often in small cars, I find myself rubbing shoulders with passengers, however in the Fiesta there is plenty of room.

As with all cars, you expect to find something disappointing, but the only negative thing I can say about the Fiesta is trivial; the seatbelt runner design means that the seatbelt gets stuck sometimes! It has been a really good car, not quite 5 stars, but close.
