New Kia Cee'd unveiled ahead of debut at Geneva Motor Show

The 2012 Geneva Auto show is still a number of weeks away, but this is not stopping auto-makers from revealing teasers of the cars they will be debuting at the show. Kia has released a picture of the all new Kia cee'd which is set to be officially debuted at the 2012 Geneva auto show which will be taking place in March.
The new Kia Cee’d’s features are a combination of the styling of a sporty coupé and the space and functionality of a five-door hatch. It has eye catching exterior features like chrome framed windows and muscular lines on the bonnet. Details of what the interior looks like have not been revealed but according to kia it has a "driver oriented dashboard and refined interior, with a strong focus on quality of materials".
Details of its power train is yet to be revealed but speculations in the media say it will most likely share the new turbocharged 1.6-liter GDI engine announced for the Hyundai Veloster Turbo. Some other reports say it will be built with an option of either two gasoline engines or two diesel engines.
The all new Kia cee’d will be available from the second quarter of 2012 across Europe. It will be competing with the likes of Volkswagen Golf, Alfa Romeo Giulietta and Seat Leon . Deliveries to the UK are expected to start in June 2012.
